Refund and Returns Policy

At Teroran, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

 

 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

 

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

 

Tags and original packaging are intact

 

The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

 

Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons

 

Gift cards

 

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@teroran.com with the following details:

 

Your full name

 

Order number

 

Item(s) you wish to return

 

Reason for the return

 

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

 

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Teroran is not responsible for return items lost in transit.

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved:

 

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

 

Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

 

 

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your payment provider for an update
